• Currently working in GTL Chennai as Design Engineer in R&D, which is ODC for Daimler India Commercial Vehicle (DICV), Oragadam, Sriperumbudur. • Job entails using NX Cad Software for Modelling, Assembly and Drafting, also Vehicle Integration for Truck Projects. • Proficient in using Team Center Visualization software and NX Software for DMU Checks of Vehicles. • Also experienced in doing documentation such as Vehicle Service Manual, Load Body Specification book and other Homologation related data.
• Previously worked in CIPET Chennai as Cad engineer using Cad softwares such as Creo and Nx for performing 3D modelling , Drafting , Sheetmetal and Surface modelling. • Experience in manufacturing (CAM) in the above mentioned softwares. • Also responsible as a CAD Trainer for Creo and Unigraphics Softwares. • Well Exposed to New Product Development and GD&T Concepts. • Basic experience to CAE software such as Ansys with analysis on systems such as Structural Analysis, Modal, Harmonic Response and Explicit analysis. • Strong team player, ability to multitask, solid time/self-management skills, flexible, able to shift to other functions and priorities as needs change, ability to thrive in a fast paced, and pressured environment, ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
